When you take the quiz and pass, you’ll receive an email with a certificate and a link to a form for you to select your special gifts for passing. You will get your choice of one of our Hard Chews or Soft Chewables, and a Women’s or  Men’s T-shirt in Black or Grey, sizes S-XXL
