autoship terms & conditions

By choosing a subscription plan from our Autoship options and agreeing to the accompanying terms on the Treatibles.com checkout page, you agree to accept these terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Autoship subscription ordering program (“Autoship Program”). The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Treatibles with respect to the Autoship Program. Please note that your use of the Treatibles.com website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Treatibles.com website, all of which (including prior versions of the same) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our Autoship Program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

 

When you purchase product(s) on Treatibles.com and enroll in our Autoship Program, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such products and may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. You may change your periodic delivery schedule at any time (including on a one-time basis), as well as your shipping address, payment method, and products included in the Program. Additionally, when you purchase certain products designated as “Autoship” eligible, and enroll in the Autoship Program for such products, you will save an additional percentage on our everyday low prices

Treatibles reserves the right to change Autoship Benefits at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts; provided, however, Treatibles will not change the price of your next shipment once you have authorized an order as set forth in these Terms. Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges). Subscriptions are good while supplies last; product availability is not guaranteed.

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Autoship Program, you will receive a notice that your Autoship Program subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Your Autoship Program subscription will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

For subsequent orders of products included in the Autoship Program, the order will be automatically processed (charged and shipped) on the anniversary date of each scheduled month (each a “Renewal Date”) unless cancelled by 11:59pm ET the business day prior to your Renewal Date. For example, if your first order for a monthly subscription is processed on January 12th, your Renewal Date will be the 12th of each subsequent month. Please note that orders placed on the 31st of the month will renew on the last day of the month for the renewal period and renewal dates that fall on the 29th through 31st will renew on 28th if renewing in February. The scheduled renewal dates can be changed upon request at any time.

If you do not suspend or cancel a scheduled Autoship order before 11:59pm ET on the business day prior to your Renewal Date, your order will be authorized, and the credit card currently on file for your Autoship Program will be charged.

By signing up for continuous shipments in our Autoship Program, you expressly agree to permit us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis as set forth in these Terms. Treatibles will submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you notify us that you wish to cancel one or more shipments or subscriptions (in accordance with these Terms) or change your payment method

On the Renewal Date of each month for which you have scheduled a shipment, your assigned card will be charged for the authorized amount and your order will be processed for shipment.

 The total cost charged to your payment method for each Autoship order will be the price of the item, less the Autoship & Save discount or any other discount, if requested, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your Treatibles.com customer account may be applied to your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method by contacting a Treatibles representative before 5pm PT/8pm PT   the business day prior to your Renewal Date.

The charge for each Autoship item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Autoship order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, an automated notification will be sent via email to give you the opportunity to add another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Autoship order. If a renewal is not updated the subscription will remain on hold and no further renewals will take place until a new payment method is provided or the existing method is updated.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via My Subscriptions, which can be found on your My Account page.

You can optionally apply your accumulated TreatiPoints to a subscription at the time that you create, or manually renew the subscription. This can be done from the Cart or Checkout page for the initial order only. You can apply your TreatiPoints credits to any renewal order upon request by contacting a Treatibles representative before 5pm PT/8pm ET the business day prior to your scheduled renewal date.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Products are available for shipping to all 50 US states. Your participation in the Autoship Program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization. All returns under the Autoship Program are subject to the Treatibles.com Return Policy. Autoship subscriptions are void where prohibited.
