INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

‘+ Adults take 2.0 ml (50 mg of CBD) every 4 – 8 hours as needed
+ Begin with 2.0 ml and adjust amount as needed with a maximum of 6.0 ml (150 mg of CBD) every 4 – 8 hours

This works pretty good. My first time trying I didn’t like the taste. I had communication with the company and gave me some suggestions. (mix with fluid or food) Why I didn’t think of that, IDK.
Seems to assist in relaxing the body.
